Train smarter at home Bodyweight and Bands plan with Strive’s15-week Start | Build | Perform system. Each phase lasts 5 weeks, beginning with a dedicated learning week to master key movements, followed by 4 weeks of structured progression to build strength, control, and confidence. Using a combination of bodyweight and resistance band exercises, this programme develops full-body fitness without the need for gym equipment and will guide you from solid foundations through to peak performance, all from home.

This at-home Dumbbell Plan is structured into three progressive phases, Start | Build | Perform, each lasting five weeks, to help you build strength safely and consistently. Throughout the programme, exercises gradually progress in complexity and intensity, allowing your body to adapt while continually being challenged. As the weeks go on, repetitions decrease while the number of sets increases, encouraging you to lift heavier weights over time and develop strength without sacrificing good technique.
