These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Strive Fitness (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Services

We provide online fitness coaching and digital training programmes.

Our services include:

  • 1–1 online coaching, which includes personalised training plans, support, and progress check-ins

  • Standalone training programmes available as one-off purchases

All services are delivered remotely and are intended for general fitness and educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and medically fit to participate in physical exercise.

3. Health Disclaimer

Our services do not constitute medical advice and are not a substitute for professional healthcare.

By participating in our services, you confirm that:

  • You are in good health or have obtained medical clearance to exercise

  • You understand the risks associated with physical training

  • You voluntarily participate at your own risk

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and honest information about your health, lifestyle, and fitness

  • Follow coaching guidance responsibly

  • Inform us of any injuries, pain, or concerns immediately

We are not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of our programmes or failure to follow guidance.

5. Coaching & Programme Delivery

We offer 1–1 online coaching services and standalone training programmes.

Coaching:

  • Coaching is provided on a monthly subscription basis

  • There is a minimum commitment period of 2 months from your start date

  • After the initial term, coaching continues on a rolling monthly basis

  • A minimum of 1 month’s written notice is required to cancel

  • Payments are taken in advance of each billing cycle

Coaching services will typically begin on the Monday following purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Training Programmes:

  • Programmes are sold as one-off purchases

  • All programme purchases are non-refundable

  • Access is provided after purchase, with programmes typically starting on the Monday following purchase unless otherwise stated

6. Check-Ins & Communication

Clients are expected to complete check-ins as agreed.

  • We aim to respond to check-ins and emails within 5 working days

  • Response times may vary during weekends, holidays, or high-demand periods

  • Missed check-ins may result in delays to programme updates

7. Payments

All payments must be made in full and on time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received.

We may update pricing at any time. Existing clients will be given reasonable notice before any changes take effect.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services:

  • Coaching services are non-refundable once commenced

  • No refunds will be issued for unused time, lack of engagement, or partial billing periods

  • Training programmes are non-refundable

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided, including training plans, guides, and materials, remains the property of Strive Fitness.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials

  • Share your programme with others

  • Use our content for commercial purposes

10. Account Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. Sharing access with others is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any injuries or health issues arising from participation

  • Any indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

12. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results. Outcomes vary based on individual effort, consistency, and external factors beyond our control.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services if you:

  • Breach these Terms

  • Engage in abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

14. Privacy

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Customer Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
