Structured across four stages - Start | Build | Perform | Thrive - it begins with mastering techniques and foundational lifts before increasing intensity, volume, and advanced methods like cluster sets, wave loading, and 5-3-1 training. As you progress, exercises, set, and reps evolve too, to maximise muscle growth, strength, and performance, finishing with sustainable, high level training that keeps you getting stronger long-term.

Start Strength Phase

Perform Strength Phase

Thrive Strength Phase

You’ll push beyond limits with 6-4-2+ sets, adding optional finishers to drive extra hypertrophy (muscle building), before progressing into 3-2-1 waves to maintain strength while continuing to add muscle. This is where your results last - helping you stay strong, keep progressing, and thrive long after the programme ends.
